1) Leg installation - The legs come covered with grease. When you clean the grease off, be VERY CAREFUL cleaning the threads. The threads are designed to cut metal, and are VERY sharp. I tried cleaning them off with a paper towel, and they sliced through the towel and right through the palm of my hand. Not fun! 2) The threads on the legs are tapered, and are not meant to screw all the way in, so don't try. Just screw them in till they are snug. You'll want to be able to unscrew them too. 3) Screw a metal end cap on the bottom end of each pipe to keep the dirt out when it's sitting on the ground.
